Dustin Kruse, DPM
Co-Medical Director
Dr. Kruse is a double board-certified podiatrist who treats patients at Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle Center in Evergreen and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. He offers a comprehensive array of podiatry services.
He has extensive training and experience in reconstructive and trauma surgery, as well as elective surgery, general podiatric medicine, and diabetic foot care.
Dr. Kruse studied chemistry, sports medicine, and bioethics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland before earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Kruse served his residency at Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, where he specialized in foot and ankle surgery and was chief resident. He’s board-certified in both foot surgery and rearfoot/reconstructive surgery. He’s a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Besides his practice, Dr. Kruse maintains an active role in research and academics as the research director and a member of the Residency Committee of the Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke’s Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency program. In his spare time, Dr. Kruse maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys cycling, hiking, climbing, skiing, and most other outdoor activities.
Michael Duehrrsen, MD
Co-Medical Director
Dr. Michael R. Duehrssen, MD, co-medical director at Vaporox and a seasoned physician at the Wound Care Center at Valley View, has a rich background in emergency medicine and leadership roles throughout the western United States.
His career includes roles as an emergency room physician in Cortez, CO, medical director at Union College, and director of trauma at Grand River Hospital. He holds a BA in Biology from Union College and an MD from Loma Linda University’s School of Medicine. Dr. Duehrssen also developed medical programs for police departments, emergency helicopter services, and EMS protocols, and has overseen
emergency room constructions. An avid adventurer and global community service volunteer, he lives in Moab with his wife, Susan, and their two daughters.

Louis Woodhill a software entrepreneur that is currently an investor and board member in two startup companies. He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering. Louis’ current passion is helping people make their dreams come true.
Louis recently reinvented himself as an economist, because he is concerned about the way that our dysfunctional economy is crushing the dreams of so many people. Louis has published 270 articles on economics, and he is convinced that prosperity is possible.
Alex Goldstein
Board Member
Alex Goldstein has organized multiple successful start-ups. He retired as CEO of Configuresoft, a systems management software company, after it was purchased by EMC Corp. His primary skills are turnaround management and business disruption.
Alex has worked for small technology as well as multiple Fortune 500 companies. He has managed many businesses and led each of the following functions: finance, marketing, IT, strategic planning, risk management, and acquisition and divestitures. Alex has an MBA from Harvard Business School and is an active angel investor.
Alan Sage

My career has largely been in startup ventures. I have lead and built sales at a start up from zero to $25 million/year, and managed over a hundred million in enterprise product sales in my career.
I have also led and built a company from concept to market leadership and “Series B” VC investment. I have contributed to successful exits, via both IPO, and acquisition. I frequently work with other entrepreneurs and executives to help them grow their ideas and organizations.
Anthony Doyle

Anthony Doyle is the current General Manager of Pain Treatment & Restorative Therapies at Bioventus in the United States, a position he has held since April 2023.
Before this, from September 2020 until April 2023, Anthony led Bioventus’s international division, focusing on expanding the reach of the company’s product portfolio across all markets outside the United States. In addition, he managed the company’s international office located in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. His role prior to that, from April 2017 to September 2020, was as the Director of Commercial Operations for Bioventus in Canada. Anthony’s experience before Bioventus includes a three-year tenure at Beckman Coulter, where he started as the General Manager for the UK and Ireland before his role was expanded to include the Nordic countries.
