My career has largely been in startup ventures. I have led and built sales at a start-up from zero to $25 million/year and managed over a hundred million in enterprise product sales in my career.
I have also led and built a company from concept to market leadership and “Series B” VC investment. I have contributed to successful exits, via both IPO and acquisition. I frequently work with other entrepreneurs and executives to help them grow their ideas and organizations.

Loren Hutchins
Chief Technology Officer
Loren received his B.S of Engineering, Mechanical Specialty from the Colorado School of Mines. Loren has worked in machine design and automated equipment development since 1994, specializing in
the medical industry for the last 20 years. Working in both the consulting arena and for OEM companies, he has participated in over 5 major development initiatives taking a Greenfield concept through complete product realization with FDA 510(k) approvals, and successfully passing FDA and ISO audits on all efforts.

Jennifer Aichele
Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer has spent the last 15 years as an outsourced CFO helping build Silicon Valley and Denver based start-ups. Prior to consulting, she started her career in Colorado in the 1990’s working in the
Financial Planning & Analysis group at TCI and AT&T Broadband. After AT&T Broadband and Comcast merged, Jennifer left the company and began her consulting career. Jennifer has over 25 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting working with over 40 start-ups and helping to raise over $500M in equity and debt financing.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver. Jennifer also holds an inactive, non-attest California CPA license. Jennifer is an active member of the Denver Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, a coed professional business fraternity. Jennifer served as a trustee of the Delta Sigma Pi Leadership Foundation raising funds for scholarships and grants and servicing as chair of the audit committee.

Dustin Kruse, DPM
Medical Director
Dr. Kruse is a double board-certified podiatrist who treats patients at Rocky Mountain Foot and Ankle Center in Evergreen and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. He offers a comprehensive array of podiatry services.
He has extensive training and experience in reconstructive and trauma surgery, as well as elective surgery, general podiatric medicine, and diabetic foot care.
Dr. Kruse studied chemistry, sports medicine, and bioethics at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland before earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Kruse served his residency at Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, where he specialized in foot and ankle surgery and was chief resident. He’s board-certified in both foot surgery and rearfoot/reconstructive surgery. He’s a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Besides his practice, Dr. Kruse maintains an active role in research and academics as the research director and a member of the Residency Committee of the Highlands/Presbyterian St. Luke’s Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency program. In his spare time, Dr. Kruse maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys cycling, hiking, climbing, skiing, and most other outdoor activities.

Jon Scott
Operations & Manufacturing Advisor
Jon Scott is an accomplished business executive, board member and advisor with over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Jon’s early career was with Medtronic, a world leader in innovative medical devices.
His accomplishments and positions with Medtronic included winning the Medtronic Star of Excellence for his business turnaround efforts and serving as Transition Manager for a $100 million acquisition and business merger. Jon earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business and a Masters in Business with an emphasis in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and a Masters in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. His book, Process Improvement: Enhancing Your Organization’s Effectiveness, (coauthored with E. Flanigan) has sold over 50,000 copies worldwide and is used by both industry and US government agencies.

Chase Huskey
Marketing Manager
Chase acquired a B.S. degree for International Business at Arkansas State University. He brings a wealth of marketing expertise to Vaporox, elevating our marketing endeavors to new heights.
With a strong focus on lead generation and customer conversion, Chase has ample experience creating tailored marketing campaigns to guide each customer through their lifecycle stage.
Outside of marketing, he has received a full-stack web development certification and has built web applications through javaScript, React, and Angular.

Louis Woodhill
Board Chairman
Louis Woodhill a software entrepreneur that is currently an investor and board member in two startup companies. He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering. Louis’ current passion is helping people make their dreams come true.
Louis recently reinvented himself as an economist, because he is concerned about the way that our dysfunctional economy is crushing the dreams of so many people. Louis has published 270 articles on economics, and he is convinced that prosperity is possible.

Alex Goldstein
Board Member
Alex Goldstein has organized multiple successful start-ups. He retired as CEO of Configuresoft, a systems management software company, after it was purchased by EMC Corp. His primary skills are turnaround management and business disruption.
Alex has worked for small technology as well as multiple Fortune 500 companies. He has managed many businesses and led each of the following functions: finance, marketing, IT, strategic planning, risk management, and acquisition and divestitures. Alex has an MBA from Harvard Business School and is an active angel investor.
