This alarm occurs when the system is ramping up the oxygen output and we don’t think that it is making enough oxygen in the proper time.

Error code:00000040

This alarm occurs when the system thinks that the device should not be flowing oxygen but it still sees oxygen flowing.

How to Resolve Low Oxygen Flow Detected

Error code:00000100

These have not been seen in the field. IF they occur, power cycle and see if they go away, else, contact engineering for a machine swap.

No Vapor Flow During Vapor Cycle

This usually will not produce an error code. If able look to see if this device was recently overfilled. If device was overfilled have the clinic constantly run O2 maintenance cycle, this is better then running a treatment so we do not have to reconcile billing records.

Low O2 Warning

Your equipment module has showed you this message because the o2 concentrator % has went below the normal operating range. Running o2 maintenance will help increase the o2 %. Important to note, if you are able to start a treatment the o2 % is within a safe range.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Our vaporizer cleaning protocol is to empty the vaporizer every evening Clean the vaporizer with mild dish soap and water, making sure to not submerge the vaporizer which contains electronics

If your treatment pole is stuck and not telescoping out upon equipment set up, the outer pole had been pushed in to the inner pole near the bend.

This is a total system lock-out and no power cycle will resolve this, send a replacement ASAP.

Vapor Crystal Low Current

Error code:000000004

These have never been seen, if this occurs, power cycle confirms and if it occurs goto backup vaporizer immediately and swap out.

Vapor Crystal High Current

Error code:000000002

When these occur it is almost all the time related to connection or moisture on the underside of the vaporizer, have them reseat the vaporizer, and then check to see if it has moisture around the 4 spring pins on the bottom. If ANY moisture is present, have them goto backup, and replace the vaporizer.

Vapor Crystal High Current when Idle

Error code:000000001

Vaporizer malfunction detected. Please check the vaporizer’s connection and cycle power.

Pump Crystal Low Current

Error code:0x00000020

The best approach to resolve these is to make sure the vaporizer is aligned well, ask if they have been cleaned properly, ask if the copper pins in the alignment block are clean, not black, and have them clean them. Replace vaporizer, and if it happens to all vaporizers, talk to engineering about an equipment swap.

These are only related to connections, so reseat the vaporizer, power cycle and hope it clears. Call engineering if it persists.

Intake Fan Stalled

Error code0x00000800

Check to make sure the fan in the side of the enclosure has not sucked in anything, replace equipment if this continues.

Exhaust Fan Stalled

Error code:000001000

Check to make sure the fan in the side of the enclosure has not sucked in anything, replace equipment if this continues

Compressor Fan Stalled

Error code:000004000

No way to check, replace equipment module if this persists.

Heat Exchanger Fan Stalled

Error code:000002000

No way to check, replace equipment module if this persists.

Blower Stalled

Error code:000008000

Check to make sure the blower in the back of the enclosure has not sucked in anything, replace equipment if this continues.

Filling Vaporizer with 1000ml Bottle

Since the new bottles are 1000ml, you will only need to put less than half the bottle in at the beginning of your day. After several treatments have been completed your device will notify you when to add more treatment solution.
